Women Finding Rest and Renewal Through Christ-Centered Intimate Retreats

We live in a culture that seems to be moving at an every-increasing pace and the demands on women can be intense. In some cases women are expected to be wives, parents, managers of the household, and businesswomen all at the same time. Because of this it is clear that women today need to take time to retreat in Rest physically and Renew their relationships with Christ. While there seems to be an abundance of larger women's retreats and conferences, the need exists for a more focused intimate setting. R & R Retreats will be limited to thirty woman at a time. In this context the needs of individuals can be addressed more effectively. At a smaller retreat women may be able to be vulnerable and share their hearts. In this setting women will be able to connect with other women who share similar circumstances. Our hope is that this small group setting will help women connect with Christ, connect with other women, heal, dream, and celebrate.

 Rest  Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you Rest... for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find Rest for your souls. Matthew 11:28,29

 Renewal...but those who hope in the Lord will Renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. Isaiah 40:31
